Job Title: Specialist One to One Study Skills

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist One to One Study Skills Support Worker to join our team at Randstad Student Support. As a Specialist One to One Study Skills Support Worker, you will provide individualized learning support and academic guidance to students with autism spectrum disorder.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans tailored to each student's needs
  • Provide academic guidance and support to students to help them become independent learners
  • Support students in developing strategies for organization, time management, and research skills
  • Collaborate with students to create action plans to stay on track with their studies
  • Build on students' strengths and learning strategies to enhance their academic performance
Requirements:
  • Experience working with clients with autism spectrum disorder
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to identify ways to help students build on their learning strengths while maintaining a confidential and professional working relationship
  • Punctuality and reliability
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to manage a caseload of students
