Job Summary

Jameson Legal is seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join its Structured Finance practice in London. As a key member of the team, you will work on complex transactions, including structured finance, securitization, and collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), across multiple asset classes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Partners in business development initiatives and play a key role in supervising and mentoring junior lawyers within the team.
  • Work on high-profile transactions that will challenge and expand your legal expertise.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver top-quality work and meet tight deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of PQE in structured finance within a reputable law firm.
  • Proven expertise in securitization, structured finance, and CLO work.
  • Strong academic background and stable career record.
  • Exceptional drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
