About the Role
As a Senior Associate in our Structured Finance team, you will be responsible for working on a wide range of high-profile transactions, including structured finance, securitization, and CLOs, across multiple asset classes. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of lawyers and professionals, and to develop your skills and expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and execution of structured finance transactions, including securitization and CLOs.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support the development of structured finance products.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify and pursue business opportunities in the structured finance market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders in the structured finance industry.
- Contribute to the development of the firm's structured finance practice, including identifying areas for growth and improvement.
Requirements
- 6+ years of PQE in structured finance within a reputable law firm.
- Proven expertise in securitization, structured finance, and CLO work.
- Strong academic background and stable career record.
- Exceptional drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and under tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering top-quality work.
