About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structured Finance Associate to join our team at Martis Search. As a key member of our Structured Finance Department, you will be responsible for leading due diligence and credit analysis on new project finance transactions, as well as making investment proposals for our credit committee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of analysts in performing due diligence and credit analysis on new project finance transactions
  • Develop and present investment proposals to our credit committee
  • Manage the documentation process for project finance transactions with our legal team
  • Monitor existing project finance transactions and provide regular credit ratings
  • Attend lender meetings and conduct research on new sectors and regulatory frameworks
  • Build relationships with new sponsors, financial advisors, and lenders to identify new opportunities
  • Assist the senior manager with internal reporting and policy updates
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 4-6 years of experience in project finance transactions, preferably in a front office or credit review role
  • Strong knowledge of project finance and credit analysis
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £90,000 per annum, plus bonus, excellent pension, healthcare, and other benefits.
