Job Description
  1. Manage our 39,000 council homes and provide safe and warm housing to our customers.
  2. Deliver a contract administration service for domestic electrical programmes and other electrical installation programmes.
  3. Implement and monitor on-site quality assurance procedures in line with council policy.
  4. Participate in a multi-disciplinary team responsible for delivering contract administration services and operational delivery of onsite heating improvement works.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent customer care skills and ability to deal with contractors and other agencies.
  • Able to undertake condition and dilapidation surveys and make recommendations on work requirements.
