About the Opportunity:

Sellafield's clean-up mission is an internationally important project that requires expertise and dedication. As a Project Director, you will play a key role in developing and implementing safety strategies, managing engineering teams, and delivering complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement safety by design strategy projects in a highly regulated industry
  • Manage engineering execution strategy, including person-hour estimates
  • Oversee delivery of all Engineering & Technical deliverables
  • Coordinate engineering activities across disciplines
  • Perform engineering reviews and approve scope changes
  • Lead and manage engineering teams

What You'll Need:

  • Relevant engineering degree or chartered status
  • Experience in major engineering delivery on EPC projects
  • Ability to mobilise and lead multi-discipline engineering design teams
  • Strong project management skills, including cost and schedule control
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Benefits:

As a Project Director at Jacobs, you can expect a competitive salary range of £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including free single medical cover, digital GP service, and flexible working arrangements.
