We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team at Barnes Lodge, our flagship care home in Tonbridge. As a Day Carer, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents through the day, providing essential care and assistance to ensure their well-being and comfort.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity
  • Update records and care plans, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Respond to emergency calls and provide support as needed

Requirements:

  • Empathetic and caring nature, with a willingness to learn and develop
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills
