We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team at Voyage Care in Tonbridge. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a key role in leading our residential service specializing in Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and supporting individuals with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Support Workers to ensure high-quality care and support to individuals with ABI
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote independence and well-being
- Collaborate with the Manager to ensure effective service delivery and continuous improvement
- Provide supervision and guidance to Support Workers to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker in a residential setting
- Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviors
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings
