Special Needs Education Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Needs Education Support Worker to join our team at Term Time Teachers. As a Special Needs Education Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting children with special needs in a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with special needs
  • Implement tailored learning plans and adapted teaching materials
  • Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and positive classroom environment
  • Monitor student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers and parents

Requirements:

  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Flexibility and creativity to adapting to student needs
  • Experience with special educational needs (desirable, not essential)
