Job Title: Support Worker

SCP Recruitment Limited is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients with complex needs.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Support Worker to work with an 8-year-old client who has a brain injury, cerebral palsy, autism, ADHD, and challenging behaviors. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, able to respond quickly to sudden bursts of energy, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients with complex needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Support clients with their daily routines and activities
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a caring and compassionate individual with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care. Previous experience working in care is an advantage, but full training will be provided by our qualified nurses.
