Job Summary

We are looking for a Support Worker to provide high-quality care and support to a young person with complex needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, providing emotional support, and promoting independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and medication management
  • Provide emotional support and promote independence
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure high-quality care

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a caring and compassionate individual with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care. Previous experience working in care is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
