We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at SCP Recruitment Limited. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, promoting their independence and well-being.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and make a real difference in the lives of our clients. You will be working with an 8-year-old client who has a brain injury, cerebral palsy, autism, ADHD, and challenging behaviors. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, able to respond quickly to sudden bursts of energy, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

As a Support Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and support to our clients
  • Assisting with daily living tasks and activities
  • Encouraging independence and promoting self-care
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients and their families
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
