Senior Support Worker - ABI Specialist
At Voyage Care, we're seeking a dedicated Senior Support Worker to join our team in Tonbridge. As a Senior Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of individuals with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI).
Key Responsibilities:
- Support individuals with ABI to gain independence in their daily lives
- Assist the Manager with day-to-day supervision and management of the service
- Allocate shifts, book training, and induct new colleagues
- Support with supervision, ordering medication, and financial management
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker
- Level 3 in Health & Social Care
- Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, and traumatic backgrounds
