About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team at Voyage Care in Tonbridge. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a key role in leading our residential service specializing in Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and supporting individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Support Workers to ensure high-quality care and support to individuals with ABI
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote independence and well-being
  • Collaborate with the Manager to ensure effective service delivery and continuous improvement
  • Provide supervision and guidance to Support Workers to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker in a residential setting
  • Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviors
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings
