Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Day Carer at our flagship care home in Tonbridge. As a Day Carer, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents through the day, providing assistance with daily living tasks and promoting their independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support residents with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Assist with meal preparation and serving
  • Encourage residents to participate in activities and engage in social interactions
  • Update records and care plans as necessary
  • Respond to emergency calls and provide support as needed
