We are seeking an experienced Clinical Development Nurse to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd. This is a permanent, full-time position based at our head office near Portsmouth.

About the Job

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work as a Clinical Development Nurse Specialist private care provider, overseeing and coordinating all clinical aspects of care. You will work closely with the management team to ensure the delivery of person-centred care and provide evidence-based recommendations for service improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate all clinical aspects of care
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure the delivery of person-centred care
  • Support with clinical audits and conducting investigations
  • Provide evidence-based recommendations for service improvements
  • Deliver training and education as required in both a formal and informal setting aligned with clinical education strategy and competency framework
Requirements
  • Be a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)
  • Have working knowledge of the new CQC Single Assessment Framework Quality Statements
  • Demonstrate evidence of professional development
  • Have excellent clinical skills and experience working with complex care patients
