We are seeking a Community Partnership Specialist to join our team at Sheffield Health and Social Care NHS Foundation Trust. This role is critical in establishing partnerships with local communities and organizations to deliver high-quality mental health services.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with community groups, stakeholders, and service users to identify their needs and preferences. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to co-design projects that meet these needs and ensure effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with community groups, stakeholders, and service users.
  • Conduct needs assessments and co-design projects with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Support the development of coproduced care pathways and reports to summarize progress and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in community partnership development, co-design, and project management.
  • Able to organize workload without supervision and adapt to changing timescales.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a range of training opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a supportive team environment.
