This role will support the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager in delivering financial forecasts, reports, and operational management information across the business, driving both long-term strategy and operational decision-making.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • An Accountant with qualified, part-qualified, or equivalent experience
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, diligent, and solutions-focused
  • Proficient in advanced Excel and IT skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail

Estimated annual salary: £40,000 - £55,000 depending on experience.Job Responsibilities

The Financial Planning Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Variance analysis of performance, budgets, and forecasts
  • Production and analytical review of financial information and KPIs
  • Development of a suite of reporting and analytical outputs covering various financial and non-financial metrics, promoting consistency and transparent understanding throughout the business
  • Collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team
