Surgical Assistant - Ophthalmology Job Description
This role involves supporting Consultants and theatre teams during ophthalmic surgeries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of surgical procedures and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to Consultants and theatre teams during ophthalmic surgeries
- Maintain accurate records of patient information and surgical procedures
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have current NMC/HCPC registration, a strong understanding of surgical procedures, and excellent communication skills.
