About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Orthopaedic Surgical Team Lead to join our team at Three Shires Hospital. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care during the perioperative phase and leading a team of professionals.

 

Key Responsibilities:• Deliver high-quality patient care during the perioperative phase• Lead a team of professionals, coordinating training needs and resource requirements• Assist in the delivery of patient care• Contribute to quality improvement• Apply legislation, policies, and procedures correctly• Maintain knowledge of the Health and Safety at Work Act, ensuring appropriate measures are taken in respect of Health and Safety

 

Salary:We offer a competitive salary package with excellent benefits, including top-class customer service and exclusive benefits. The estimated annual salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000, depending on experience.
