Customer Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team at Chartwells, working 38 hours per week on a full-time basis.
About the Role- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for customers
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to requests and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with housekeeping, restaurant, and banqueting staff to deliver seamless experiences
- Manage reception duties, including booking theatre tickets and making restaurant reservations
- Run errands and perform tasks as required by the team
- Ensure customer safety by implementing effective signposting and communication strategies
