Key Responsibilities:
- Driving business growth by developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Improving customer satisfaction by leading a team of customer-facing staff and implementing processes to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
- Monitoring customer feedback and sentiment, using data to inform decision-making.
What You'll Need
- A proven track record of success in a leadership role, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
- A competitive salary of £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience.
