Role Overview

Reporting to the Trading Manager, the successful candidate will provide administration support to a group of Trading Managers, ensuring great attention to detail and timely delivery of information.

Key Responsibilities
The Trading Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive administration support, collating, verifying, and presenting information to a set deadline and standard. This will involve gathering, coordinating, and maintaining key trading information from suppliers or any other source on behalf of designated Trading Managers. Additionally, the successful candidate will pass accurate paperwork to the Price File team for processing, proactively resolve supplier pricing queries/range cleansing, build effective cross-functional relationships to enhance service delivery, and ensure adherence to company policy and calendar deadlines. The role will also involve acting as a focal interface on behalf of trading for retailer-related activity/outputs, collating retailer bulletin information and communications as required, and resolving CRM queries from inception to conclusion on behalf of Trading Managers on all product and services queries.
