Lead Clinical Veterinary Surgeon Opportunity

A unique partnership opportunity awaits a skilled Veterinary Surgeon with at least 5 years of UK small animal practice experience, offering a salary package up to £90,000.

Located in North London/Essex, this dynamic practice is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to take on a Lead Clinical position. The successful candidate will have a strong background in small animal practice, with excellent clinical skills and the ability to work sole-charge or as part of a team.

About the Role

We are looking for a key member of our team to lead and manage our veterinary team, develop the practice client base, and ensure high standards of care are consistently delivered. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional patient care and developing a strong understanding of our clients' needs
  • Leading and managing the veterinary team, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive practice growth and improve client satisfaction
  • Maintaining strong relationships with local veterinarians and collaborating on initiatives that benefit the wider veterinary community
