Job Description

Job Title: Strategic HR Partner

Job Summary:

TeacherActive is seeking a highly skilled Strategic HR Partner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing strategic HR partnership and support to our management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR initiatives that align with our overall business objectives.
  • Act as a consultant to management on HR-related issues and provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Compliance and Policy Management
  • Talent Management
  • Change Management
  • Support the performance appraisal process.
  • Provide guidance and assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights.
  • Use data to help predict and diagnose organizational issues and develop solutions.

Requirements:

  • CIPD Qualified, with at least two years of experience in a similar role, one year of which operating as a business partner (or similar).
  • Proven strong business acumen.
  • Strong Microsoft Office and IT skills, with proficiency in HRIS and other HR software tools.
