We are seeking a Senior Team Leader to lead our family assessment centre in Barnsley. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your leadership skills and take on new challenges. About the Position

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Leading and managing the family assessment team to achieve exceptional outcomes.
  2. Developing and implementing effective strategies to improve service delivery.
  3. Maintaining a positive and supportive working environment.

Excellent Remuneration Package

The salary for this position ranges from £29,720 to £37,852.80 per annum, or £13.25 - £17.16 inclusive of 4 shifts.
