About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Duettocloud. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing timely and knowledgeable support to our clients.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Triage and manage incoming cases, ensuring that all necessary information is gathered and documented.
  • Self-assign cases from the queue, focusing on areas where you have expertise and those that will challenge you and help you grow.
  • Escalate product defects to our R&D team, documenting them in written text and video content.

**Requirements:**

  • At least 2 years of experience in Hospitality or Hospitality Technology.
  • A client-centered approach and professional orientation.
  • The ability to articulate a path to resolution in written English.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Proficiency in hotel systems, including Front Office, Sales, Reservations, and Revenue Management.
  • Fluency in English and one additional language (French, German, or Spanish).

**Compensation:** The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
