Michael Page HR is seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to provide strategic support to our client. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading on projects, specifically TUPE, and BAU duties across this values-driven Not For Profit organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
* Drive HR projects, along with HRBP BAU duties.
* Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
* Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement and motivation.
* Nurture a positive working environment.
* Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Requirements:

* Proven working experience as an HR Business Partner/Senior HR Advisor.
* TUPE experience is essential.
