About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of Richmond Adult Community College as an HR Advisor. As a key member of the HR team, you will provide a high-quality, business-focused, flexible, and operational HR service across the College.

About You

You will be highly organized, a good problem solver, and able to demonstrate flexibility in your approach. Excellent communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work accurately and efficiently while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of HR in providing a comprehensive HR service
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless service delivery
