In this role, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving advanced technical issues related to hardware, software, network, and infrastructure components. Your expertise in troubleshooting complex IT issues will be invaluable in helping the team deliver exceptional customer assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues related to hardware, software, network, and infrastructure components.
  2. Collaborate with Level 1 and Level 2 support teams to resolve challenging technical problems.
  3. Develop and maintain knowledge bases and documentation to support the team's efforts.

Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of experience in technical support, with a focus on Level 3 support.
  2. Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer support and service excellence.
  3. Background in IT support or a related field.
  4. Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating self-motivation and effective time management.
  5. Relevant certifications or qualifications in IT support are highly desirable, such as ITIL, CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE).

Estimated salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits packages.
