About the Role

As an Empowering Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting our service users to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities. You'll work across various shift patterns, including early, late, weekend, or night shifts, to ensure our service users receive the best possible care.

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to service users, helping them to engage in daily tasks and activities.
  • Communicate effectively with service users, considering their individual communication needs.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless support for our service users.
