HR Consultant

The Opportunity Hub UK is seeking a skilled People Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide expert guidance and support to our clients, helping them navigate the complexities of employment law and best practices.

### Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day HR support across onboarding, compensation, and employee management.
Advise clients on employee relations, including grievances, disciplinaries, and performance improvement.
Manage employee records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and GDPR compliance.
Deliver HR projects that drive people development and improve workplace culture.
Stay updated on employment laws and ensure client policies are compliant.

### What We're Looking For

Proven HR experience, ideally in a consultancy or multi-client setting.
CIPD Level 3 qualification (or above) is desirable.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication skills – able to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
A UK driving licence and the willingness to travel to client sites when needed.
