Experienced SEMH Education Assistant Wanted for SEN School

At Academics, we're dedicated to finding the right individuals to support our students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. As an Experienced SEMH Teaching Assistant, you'll work alongside a team of well-trained SEN specialists to help students aged 4-19 achieve their potential.
Responsibilities:
- Support students' academic development, encouraging them to reach their goals.
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and pupils to build strong relationships.
- Assist with students' emotional well-being, providing a positive and consistent role model.
- Tailor your approach to meet the individual needs of each student.
Requirements:
- You'll be a positive and passionate individual who understands the challenges SEN students face.
- You'll demonstrate patience and empathy in your role.
- You'll strive to give your best at all times.
- You'll have the ability to adapt your teaching approach to meet the needs of students with SEMH needs.
