We are seeking a talented Customer Care Coordinator to join our team at OpSec Security in Washington, Tyne & Wear. As a Customer Care Coordinator, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the growth of our business.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate customer care activities, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction.

**Requirements:**

  • 1-2 years' experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Estimated Salary: £20,000 - £28,000 per annum.
