We are currently looking for an experienced Residential Care Home Manager to join our team in Exminster, Devon. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-quality care and a proven ability to lead and motivate a team.

The estimated annual salary for this role is £70,000 - £90,000, depending on experience. In addition to the competitive salary, the successful candidate will receive a range of benefits, including a generous annual leave entitlement, further training and development opportunities, and an annual bonus scheme.

The ideal candidate will have a NVQ Level 5 qualification in Management and at least 2 years of experience in managing a residential care home. They must also have full right to work in the UK and be able to demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
