NHS Devon Integrated Care Board is seeking a Senior Communications Lead to join our team. As a highly experienced professional with a strong track record in senior communications and engagement roles, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive communications strategy, leading the communications and engagement team, and collaborating with One Devon communications leads to create a high-performing network.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive our strategic communications approach, inspiring your team, and engaging local communities and stakeholders, ensuring a robust programme of involvement and consultation in line with NHS Devon duties and current legislation.
  • Monitor budgets and business planning processes, and ensure compliance with NHS Devon duties and current legislation, providing strategic communications and involvement support for the successful implementation of service transformation and change programmes.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in senior communications or engagement roles, compassionate leadership skills, and a strong understanding of diverse communities and how to engage them.

Salary Range: £90,000 - £110,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
