Care Manager Vacancy in Exmouth

We are seeking an experienced Registered Home Manager to join our care group in their residential Care Home in Exminster, Devon. The successful candidate will be registered to manage a home and have a track record of managing homes with good or outstanding CQC records. This is a challenging but rewarding opportunity for an experienced manager to take the home to the next level and instil our ethos of excellence.

The role involves managing a team of professionals to provide high-quality care to residents. We pride ourselves on providing the highest levels of care, and this is reflected in our commitment to staff training and development.

Our competitive salary package includes a £45,000 - £60,000 per annum salary, plus annual bonus scheme, full induction and training, further training and development opportunities, and generous annual leave entitlement.
