Physical Education Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Education Assistant (LSA) to join our team at a FE college in Greenwich. The successful candidate will support our PE department in various sports activities, including football, netball, basketball, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support PE teachers in delivering high-quality sports lessons and activities.
- Assist students with varying levels of ability, ensuring inclusive participation in sports.
- Encourage and motivate students to engage in physical activities, promoting teamwork and sportsmanship.
- Help set up equipment and ensure the safe and effective use of sports facilities.
- Provide individual or group support to students who may need extra guidance.
- Support extracurricular activities, including school sports teams and after-school clubs.
Requirements:
- A passion for sports and working with children.
- Experience in football, netball, basketball, or similar sports.
- Ability to work well in a team and build positive relationships with students.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
