Job Title: HR Administrator

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at East Midlands Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR function, ensuring the smooth operation of our recruitment and employee management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with agencies and manage review meetings
  • Collate and sort CVs, assist with initial screening, and prepare shortlists for interviews
  • Diarise employee meetings, including return to work and probationary reviews
  • Monitor and report on absence levels, identifying trends and areas for improvement
  • Produce employee correspondence using standard HR templates
  • Support operational management in employee meetings and training sessions
  • Assist with time management systems, accurate allocation of hours, and completion of KPIs
  • Work with Health & Safety and training personnel to communicate with employees and monitor behavioral trends
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an HR role, with a strong understanding of the HR function
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Able to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
