HR Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our client's team in Carlton In Lindrick, Worksop. This part-time role (25 hours per week) will support the recruitment and HR function across 3 sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce employee correspondence using standard HR templates in a timely manner.
  • Book training and development for individuals or employee groups.
  • Assist with employee communication and behavioural monitoring in collaboration with Health & Safety and training personnel.

This is a temporary to permanent role, offering a competitive hourly rate. A full driving licence is required for this position, and you may be required to travel to other sites when needed.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an HR role with a strong understanding of the HR function.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
