Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including coordinating interviews, gathering documentation, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including coordinating logistics and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Support the delivery of HR-related training to new and existing staff, ensuring a high level of engagement and participation.
- Participate in the implementation of HR projects, working closely with the HR team to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and relevant industry regulations, maintaining a high level of awareness and expertise in HR practices.
- Assist in payroll preparation, providing accurate and timely data to support the HR team.
- Support the HR department in daily tasks, coordinating logistics for meetings and HR events, and maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with HR software and HRIS systems, with a strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Strong experience in a HR Admin role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support.
- Knowledge of industrial/manufacturing sector regulations and employment law, with a strong understanding of company policies and procedures.
