Administrative Assistant

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, East Midlands Recruitment LTD, for an HR Administrator to support the recruitment and HR function of the business across multiple sites. This is a part-time role, 25 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce employee correspondence using standard HR templates in a timely manner.
- Book training and development for individuals or employee groups.
- Assist with employee communication, including briefs, bulletins, newsletters, and information boards, and behavioural monitoring.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an HR role, with a strong understanding of the HR function of a business.
- A full driving licence is required, as the role may involve travel to multiple sites.
