We are seeking a skilled Transformational Programmes Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the success of our critical infrastructure projects. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a vital role in business development and process engineering, driving innovation and excellence across multiple programmes.

Your primary focus will be on technical delivery and safety, ensuring high-quality results across various projects. You will set the technical strategic direction for projects and bid proposals, acting as a subject-matter-expert. Additionally, you will lead an agenda of technical excellence and continuous improvement in the practice, while being accountable for quality assurance standards in design.

As a Transformational Programmes Coordinator, you will work closely with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions. You will also grow, develop, and manage our clean water process engineering capability within the practice, bringing pioneering innovation and contributing to advances in knowledge and understanding.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Co-ordinate technical delivery and safety across multiple projects, ensuring high-quality results.
  2. Set technical strategic direction for projects and bid proposals.
  3. Act as a subject-matter-expert and lead an agenda of technical excellence.
  4. Work closely with teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
  5. Grow and develop clean water process engineering capability within the practice.
Requirements
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to co-ordinate multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of drinking water treatment processes and principles.
  • Nationally or internationally recognised subject-matter expertise.
  • Strategic and transformational mindset.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes 25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays and flexible working arrangements.
