Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all front-of-house duties and catering staff, ensuring that events are conducted smoothly and functions are set up and executed according to standards and expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with our events team to plan and execute events, including weddings, conferences, and other functions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and a memorable experience.
  • Manage and maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring that all guests are treated with respect and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement menus that meet the needs and preferences of our guests.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including event planning, customer feedback, and staff performance.
  • Develop and implement training programs for front-of-house staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional service.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure that our front-of-house operations are meeting our high standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Front of House Hospitality and Events Manager in a high-volume, quality-focused environment.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, guests, and vendors.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
