We are seeking an accomplished Financial Administration Executive at CV-Library based in Ipswich. The expected annual compensation for this position is roughly £37,910.

Main Duties:
  1. Coordinating the monthly payroll cycle to guarantee correct accounting, timely direct deposit transactions, and effective delivery of employee payment stubs.
  2. Managing payroll-related questions on wages, taxation, and national insurance, while educating human resources and payroll professionals on query management.
  3. Establishing and administering statutory and occupational sickness and maternity pay programs, with access to expert advice as required.
  4. Verifying conformity between payroll accounts and completing periodical reporting to help improve communication between payroll and finance units.
  5. Guaranteeing proper execution of payroll operations for new workers and those leaving employment and furnishing relevant details on payment procedures.
  6. Enhancing payroll functionality by ensuring secure data backup and continuous program upgrades.
  7. Supervising company-wide pension programs (e.g. TPS & LGPS), comprising payroll entries, bi-monthly distributions and year-end summaries.
  8. Guiding and mentoring subordinate employees involved in payroll services, fostering their skills through up-to-date abilities and strategic orientation.
  9. Cooperating in planning audit activities, keeping updated databases, analyzing time lines, proposing renewed recommendations and regulation revisions.
  10. Leading negotiating positions within large group meetings, assigning tasks across team colleagues, building productive alliances.
  11. Accomplishing daily duty checks by following regulations and suggestions designed from administrative authorities.
