Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Front of House Retail Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our salon team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience to our guests, making product recommendations, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and provide personalized customer service as part of the Aveda Guest journey
  • Make product recommendations and achieve sales targets
  • Check in and out of guests, take payments, and manage guest bookings
  • Ensure the smooth running of appointments and maintain a fast-paced environment

Requirements
