Barts Health NHS Trust is seeking a skilled Midwife to lead our Community team as Team Leader. This exciting opportunity allows you to develop personalized services for pregnant women and their babies, while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of post-registration experience, including at least 1 year of recent intrapartum experience, and a background in Community Midwifery. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the maternity team are essential.

We offer a competitive salary of £43,041 - £70,449 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package. As a valued member of our team, you will receive ongoing support, auditing, and evaluation of services to ensure high-quality care.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating services that meet the unique needs of pregnant women and their families. You will work closely with other teams, contribute to education and professional development, and provide ongoing support to midwives and GPs caring for pregnant women.
