Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operating Department Practitioner to join our team as a Nurse Joint Advisory Group Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and standards of our unit are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the unit maintains its quality and standards expected requirements for JAG and its future accreditation status.
  • Work with other team members in maintaining all the JAG evidence to the required JAG standards.
  • Provide an expert level of professional practice within nursing (specialty).
  • Manage a nursing team, providing advice, information and support.
  • Act as a clinical expert providing specialist knowledge and advice to both nurses and junior medical staff working within the unit.
