Helpdesk Administrator - Enfield - £25k/£30k per annum depending on experience We are currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Administrator to join our client\u2019s Facilities Management team in Enfield. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Facilities Management team, ensuring all activities are managed in a professional manner. Manage the FM Helpdesk Inbox, scheduling PPM, reactive, and help desk call outs. Input data and provide general administration support to the Office & Contract Managers. Support the delivery of departmental objectives and provide general administration support. Requirements: Facilities management Help Desk experience is essential. General Administration skills are required. About the Role: This is an office-based role, working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 17:00pm.
