Facilities Management Support Specialist

Ritz Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled Helpdesk Administrator to join their Facilities Management team in Enfield.
Job Summary:
We are looking for an ambitious individual to work in our Facilities Management team, supporting the Office & Contract Managers in the administration and delivery of departmental objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and return phone calls in support of facilities function to ensure all activities are managed in a professional manner.
- Check and maintain FM Helpdesk Inbox.
- Schedule PPM, reactive, and help desk call outs.
- Input data.
- Provide general administration support.
Requirements:
Facilities management Help Desk Experience is essential. General Administration skills are also required.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 17:00pm, office-based role.
